2024年4月23日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會（itc）發(fā)布終裁：對本案行政法官于2024年3月22日作出的初裁（no.32）不予復審，即部分同意列名被告提出的動議，由delta和cyntec重新設計的涉案產(chǎn)品不存在侵權美國注冊專利號9,516,761，駁回其他兩項關于不存在侵權的動議。
2024年1月29日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會（itc）發(fā)布終裁：對本案行政法官于2024年1月2日作出的初裁（no.18）不予復審，即基于申請方提出的動議，增加美國det logistics (usa) corporation of fremont,california為列名被告。
2024年1月25日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會（itc）發(fā)布終裁：對本案行政法官于2023年12月22日作出的初裁（no.16）不予復審，即基于申請方撤回，終止對美國delta electronics (usa), inc., of plano, tx、中國臺灣地區(qū)quanta cloud technology inc. of taoyuan city, taiwan、美國quanta cloud technology usa llc of san jose, ca的調(diào)查。

2023年7月12日，美國vicor corporation of andover, ma向美國itc提出337立案調(diào)查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產(chǎn)品侵犯了其知識產(chǎn)權（美國注冊專利號9,166,481、9,516,761、10,199,950），請求美國itc發(fā)布有限排除令、禁止令。
